| How to Order
• Commission requests can be sent through Twitter. Reddit, Disocrd DM or email with the above information.• Please provide good quality images of your character, no blurry images and unfinished sketch.•If you want to order multiple commissions, please separate the forms by number (Commission 1, Commission 2,...) and send them in the same email.• I may decline your request if there is no available opening or if your request is not within my capabilities.
Terms Of Service
BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
|General
• Make sure my style fits your idea
• The final deliverable will be a digital image file (.png)
• I own all artwork unless rights are paid for
• Deadline to be combined , but it will usually take up to two weeks in maximum!
• Please be patient
|Payment
• Prices may vary according to complexity and number of characters
• An invoice will be sent once we get in touch and confirm the order
• Invoiced payments via Payoneer or Paypal
• Full payment first before sketch, for commissions below 30USD
• Full payment after the final product
• No refund and cancelation after payment
|Work Speed
• Commissions are first come first serve
• It may take 2 to 4 weeks to finish the commission
• If something happens that delays your commission, I will inform you
• If you need it done by a shorter deadline, there will be an additional cost of 50% of the base price
|Client
• Do not use the preliminary materials (sketch, color draft,...) I provide for any other purpose beside commissioning me and your personal use.
•Do not trace, edit, resell or make profit from the commission Cropping the artwork to post online is OK
•Do not use any part of the commission for non-fungible tokens (NFT), blockchain, crypto currency, AI image generators and future inventions of these technologies
|Refund Policy
• When I am unable to finish the Commission due to unpredictable emergencies (Equipment problems, natural disasters, illness, prolonged electricity outage,…), I will give full refund.
•Full refund = The net amount I received after Paypal transaction fee deduction.
•Full refund can be requested via email before I start working on the commission.
•Strictly no refund once I've started working on the sketch or after delivery of the final artwork. Please make revisions during the earlier stages to prevent any dissatisfaction.
•When a Payment Plan is applied, it is possible to cancel at delivery of the sketch, the 50% upfront payment will not be refunded.
• Please do not file chargebacks under any circumstances. Always contact me first to resolve any issue.
